Instructions

Please submit your abstracts on subject matters covered in the above Topic Areas to 6th SISPAT- 2nd ICOC at the earliest time. The abstract shall be typed in English on a white A4 size (297 x 210mm) paper in 500 words or less and presented in the following format:

a.	Title (in bold, font size 18, Times New Roman, centred, all caps). Margins should be set at 20mm from both sides, 22mm from the top and 26mm from the bottom of the page.
b.	Name(s) of author(s) should be capitalised, bold, centred and font size 12, Times New Roman with the presenter’s name underlined. Affiliation, full address, telephone, fax, and e-mail address should be centred with font size 12 in italics.
c.	The font adopted for both the abstract and manuscript should be ‘Times New Roman” with single line spacing. Main text should be justified with font size 12.
d.	Body of abstract: No tables, figures or references are to be used in abstract, and a maximum of five keywords should be inserted before the first paragraph.
e.	Abstracts should preferably be submitted online. Submission via e-mail (secretariat@sispat.com) or fax (+65-6273 2582) are also accepted. You may also submit your registration form together with your abstract to our correspondence address if you are not registering online.

Each participant with an accepted abstract is encouraged to provide, via the internet, a small picture and a bio sketch in 40 words or less. The bio sketches will be used to introduce the speakers prior to their presentation. Poster Presentation
Delegates who are accepted for poster presentation will be provided with a poster board in portrait format. The dimension of the poster shall not exceed 900mm (width) x 1500mm (height). Mounting materials will be provided.
